1. Services
OwlCore AI provides AI integration, website, hosting, automation, communications, content-support, and training services. The exact services included in a client plan are the services stated on the checkout page, proposal, or order confirmation.
OwlCore AI configures third-party tools. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, data practices, and acceptable-use rules.
2. Plans and payment
All prices are in CAD and are billed through Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client authorizes recurring billing for monthly services and understands that eligible usage above the included monthly allowance may be consolidated and billed monthly.
Each plan includes a different monthly allowance for eligible phone, SMS, and AI activity: up to $10 CAD for Presence24 AI, $15 CAD for AutoCapture AI, $20 CAD for Full AI Business Suite, and $25 CAD for LaunchPad AI. If an unused allowance remains, it is taken into account the following month so the total available allowance remains capped at the maximum for that plan. The allowance has no cash value and is not a refund.
3. Usage rate card and allowance
Client-facing usage rates are in Canadian dollars. Rates may change when third-party providers change their pricing.
- SMS: $0.03 CAD per message segment
- AI-assisted phone usage: $0.15 CAD per minute
- Optional call recording and transcription: $0.05 CAD per minute
- AI-generated images: $0.10 CAD per image when used
- AI-generated content: $0.15 CAD per 1,000 words when used
- AI-assisted review response: $0.02 CAD per review when used
- Additional local phone number: $4 CAD per month
Clients may add funds to their usage balance at any time. The included allowance is used first, then additional usage is consolidated and billed monthly. Example: if $2 of allowance remains on Presence24 AI, $8 is added the following month, subject to the $10 maximum available allowance. On LaunchPad AI, $23 would be added to reach the $25 maximum. Added funds are not refundable and do not have cash value.
4. Monthly plans
Presence24 AI, AutoCapture AI, and Full AI Business Suite are monthly plans. They may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice to hello@owlcore.ai and no cancellation fees. Service and billing continue through the applicable notice period.
5. LaunchPad AI commitment
LaunchPad AI is a 12-month commitment billed monthly at $1,250 CAD/month. It includes a professionally designed, hosted and managed website, one hour of website maintenance per month, six total social posts per month across three channels, platform access, one local business phone number, and up to $25 CAD in eligible monthly usage.
LaunchPad AI cannot be cancelled during the 12-month commitment. If the client ends the service early or stops participating, the remaining committed payments may become immediately due, subject to applicable law.
6. Website and hosting
The custom one-page website service is $750 CAD one time and includes up to three rounds of revisions. Website hosting is $45 CAD/month unless included in LaunchPad AI. Canadian hosting may be arranged on request, subject to availability and provider cost.
Domain registration may be purchased and managed by OwlCore AI at approximately $15 CAD/year, subject to the registrar’s current price. The domain should remain registered in the client’s name or be transferred to the client on request.
7. Standalone chatbot disclosure
The standalone website chatbot may process information through international infrastructure and third-party providers. It is not represented as Canadian-hosted, as a legal compliance service, or as suitable for every type of information. The client is responsible for deciding whether it is suitable for its business.
8. Third-party processing
Third-party providers used for automation, communications, hosting, chat, voice, AI, or analytics may process information in Canada, the United States, or other foreign jurisdictions. Depending on the enabled features, these providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and other service providers. OwlCore AI does not promise a particular data residency location unless that location is expressly stated in writing for a specific service.
9. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of its content, business instructions, customer notices, consent practices, account permissions, phone-number registration, and use of AI outputs. The client must not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited activity.
10. No professional or compliance advice
OwlCore AI does not provide legal, medical, accounting, financial, privacy, or regulatory advice. The services are not a certification, guarantee, or substitute for professional advice.
11. Support and additional work
Support included in a plan is limited to the stated scope. Additional advisory or implementation work is billed at $150 CAD/hour, with a recommended two-hour minimum for booked workshops or out-of-scope sessions.
12. Changes
Provider pricing, platform features, carrier rules, AI model behavior, and availability may change. OwlCore AI may update usage rates or replace a provider with reasonable notice where practical.
13. Acceptance
By purchasing or using a service, the client confirms that it has reviewed the plan scope, monthly billing, usage allowance, third-party processing disclosure, and any applicable commitment.
