Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to or using any OwlCore AI service. By accessing our website or subscribing to a plan, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About OwlCore AI

OwlCore AI (“OwlCore”, “we”, “us”) provides AI automation services to Canadian businesses through managed subscription plans and custom project engagements. We are a Canadian company serving clients in English and French across Canada.

2. Services

OwlCore AI offers the following subscription plans and services:

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are all-inclusive unless stated otherwise.

3. Data Hosting & Compliance

Bundle services. All services delivered as part of an OwlCore AI bundle (Presence24 AI, AutoCapture AI, Full AI Business Suite, and LaunchPad AI) operate on enterprise-grade platforms with SOC 2 compliance, and are configured to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). OwlCore AI never sells or shares client or end-customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Standalone Web Receptionist chatbot. The Web Receptionist website chatbot, when purchased as a standalone product (outside of a bundle), is operated on third-party infrastructure located outside of Canada. As such, data processed by the standalone chatbot may be stored or processed on international servers and is not covered by the same Canadian compliance framework as our bundle services. Clients with regulatory or data-residency requirements (including healthcare, legal, and Quebec-based businesses subject to Law 25) are advised to subscribe to a bundle, where the website chat service is delivered on our compliant platform.

By purchasing the standalone Web Receptionist product, the client acknowledges and accepts this distinction.

3b. Hébergement des données et conformité

Services en forfait. Tous les services livrés dans le cadre d’un forfait OwlCore AI (Presence24 AI, AutoCapture AI, Suite IA complète et LaunchPad AI) fonctionnent sur des plateformes de classe entreprise conformes SOC 2, et sont configurés pour respecter la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels et les documents électroniques (LPRPDE) ainsi que la Loi 25 du Québec sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé. OwlCore AI ne vend ni ne partage jamais les données de ses clients ou de leurs clients à des tiers à des fins de marketing.

Clavardage Réceptionniste Web en version autonome. Le clavardage Réceptionniste Web, lorsqu’il est acheté en produit autonome (hors forfait), est exploité sur une infrastructure de tiers située à l’extérieur du Canada. Les données traitées par le clavardage autonome peuvent donc être stockées ou traitées sur des serveurs internationaux et ne sont pas couvertes par le même cadre de conformité canadien que nos services en forfait. Les clients ayant des exigences réglementaires ou de résidence des données (notamment les secteurs de la santé et du droit, et les entreprises québécoises assujetties à la Loi 25) sont invités à souscrire un forfait, où le service de clavardage est livré sur notre plateforme conforme.

En achetant le produit autonome Réceptionniste Web, le client reconnaît et accepte cette distinction.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to active clients. You may cancel before the price change takes effect.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize OwlCore AI to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

6. Setup and Onboarding

Setup, configuration, and a welcome call are included in all subscription plans. Most clients are fully live within 24 hours of their welcome call. The Missed Call Text Back feature requires a one-time carrier registration that takes 24–48 hours to activate.

8. SMS Usage and Fees

All subscription plans include SMS features for normal business communication purposes (missed call recovery, appointment reminders, and follow-ups). OwlCore AI reserves the right to limit or suspend SMS features if usage significantly exceeds what a typical business of your size would reasonably require. We will always contact you before taking any action. Bulk messaging campaigns or automated mass broadcasts are not included and must be discussed separately.

9. White-Label Technology

OwlCore AI uses third-party platforms to deliver its services. These platforms are white-labelled and not disclosed to your customers. You agree that OwlCore AI may use these platforms to deliver services on your behalf.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, configurations, workflows, and systems built by OwlCore AI remain the intellectual property of OwlCore AI until full payment is received. Upon full payment, custom project deliverables are licensed to you for use in your business. You retain ownership of your business data, content, and customer information at all times.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. OwlCore AI will not disclose your client lists, pricing, or business strategies to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

OwlCore AI’s services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
